High Quality Poly-Alpha-Olefin (PAO) Base Gear Oil

Sinopec 4408 Fully Synthetic Heavy Duty Industrial Gear Oil is formulated with high-quality poly-alpha-olefin (PAO) base oils and a multifunctional additive system. In addition to offering the performance of traditional heavy-duty industrial gear oil, this product protects against micropitting and scuffing of gear teeth, ensures long oil life and is particularly suitable for the severe lubrication requirements of gearboxes found in wind turbines used in power generation. Available in five ISO viscosity grades: 150, 220, 320, 460 and 680.

Fully Synthetic di-Ester Compressor Oil

Sinopec 4502 Synthetic Compressor Oil is a series of lubricants blended with fully synthetic di-esters and selected additives, including specific inhibitors added to extend life and to improve their ability to protect against corrosion. These lubricants can be used for severe duty, multistage compressors that provide outstanding deposit control and long lubricant life. Sinopec 4502 series products also provide excellent air separation and possess low foaming tendencies.

• Increased service intervals between cleaning of valves, parts and inter-coolers and extended oil drain intervals (6,000 to 8,000 hours).

Polyolester Base Hydraulic Fluid

Sinopec HFC Water-glycol Fire-resistant Hydraulic Fluid 4631 is formulated with polyolester base stocks, and selected additives. It is specially formulated with a blend of water, ethylene or diethylene glycol, selected additives and high-viscosity polyglycol thickeners to meet the ISO 6743/4 HFC classification for fire-resistant hydraulic oils of the water– glycol type. It is designed for use in high-pressure hydraulic systems where the requirements for fire resistance, pump wear protection and viscosity are met by water–glycol fluids.
